When you signup to our affiliate program, we receive some personally identifiable information about you such as your email address, first name and last name. This is the information which you add in the signup form for joining our affiliate program.
So, what we do with your information?
Simply put, we do not share or rent your personal information to third parties for spamming you. However, we may share your personal information with third parties when we use their services. This includes PayPal, MailChimp and Klaviyo. MailChimp and Klaviyo are email services. We may store your email address in our emails list and can send you periodic emails about our products, new releases, promotions and anything else that can help you with your affiliate marketing. You can unsubscribe from these emails anytime.

These Terms and Conditions (the "Affiliate Agreement") govern the Raw Medicines Affiliate Program, made available by Raw Medicine Pty Ltd, trading as Raw Medicines, of Queensland, Australia ("Raw Medicines", "we", "us", "our"). They form a binding agreement between us and the individual or entity participating in the Affiliate Program ("the Affiliate", "you", "your").
Please read this agreement carefully. By submitting an application and by using the Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with all of its terms. We may terminate your Affiliate Account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct in breach of this agreement, for conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to our business, or for use of the Affiliate Program that is harmful to any other party.
You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.
We will provide you with a unique referral link, and in some cases a unique discount code, to promote Raw Medicines products.
Referrals are tracked by Affilo.io using cookies. The cookie window that applies to you is shown in your Affiliate Dashboard and varies by program tier. Only customers who complete a purchase while the cookie is active, or who use your assigned discount code at checkout, will be recorded as your referrals. Where a discount code is used, the code takes precedence over cookie tracking.
You must not modify, alter, obscure or attempt to manipulate the referral links, discount codes or tracking cookies in any way. Neither Raw Medicines nor Affilo.io is responsible for tracking or reporting errors arising from any such modification, from a customer's browser settings, from ad-blocking or privacy software, or from a customer clearing their cookies.
Your commission rate is shown in your Affiliate Dashboard and depends on the program tier you have been accepted into. Rates currently range from 10% to 15% of eligible order value.
How commission is calculated. Commission is calculated on the order subtotal after any discount has been applied, and excludes shipping charges and GST. Where a customer uses your discount code, commission is calculated on the discounted amount actually paid.
When commission becomes eligible. A referral becomes an "Eligible Referral" after the holding period shown in your Affiliate Dashboard has passed, provided that: the order has been paid in full by the referred customer; the order has not been cancelled, refunded, charged back or otherwise reversed; the goods have not been returned; and your Affiliate Account remains active and in good standing.
Payment. Eligible commissions are paid on the 15th day of each calendar month, in Australian dollars (AUD), by PayPal, to the email address you have recorded in your Affiliate Dashboard. Minimum payout is $50 AUD; balances below this carry forward to the following month until the threshold is met.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. We are not liable for delayed or failed payments resulting from incorrect details you have supplied.
GST. If you are registered for GST in Australia, commission payments are inclusive of GST and you must provide a valid tax invoice or agree to a recipient-created tax invoice arrangement. If you are not GST registered, commission is paid without a GST component. You are responsible for your own tax obligations arising from commission you receive.
Forfeiture. Unpaid commissions are forfeited 12 calendar months after the referral is recorded.
Suspicious activity. Where we consider any activity suspicious, we may delay payment to verify the transactions, and we may recalculate, void or disqualify any referral or commission in the event of fraudulent, deceptive, self-dealing or unlawful activity.
This section is not optional. Raw Medicines products are complementary medicines and therapeutic goods. Their advertising is regulated in Australia by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). Statements you make while promoting our products can create liability for us.

If you are a registered health practitioner, you are separately bound by your own regulator's advertising rules — including AHPRA's prohibition on testimonials about clinical care — and you remain responsible for your own compliance.
We may require you to remove or amend any material at our sole discretion, and we may terminate your participation immediately for a breach of this section.
You may not: bid on "Raw Medicines", "Raw Medicine", our product names, or misspellings of them, in paid search or paid social advertising; use our brand name in a domain name, social media handle, or app name; represent yourself as Raw Medicines, or as an employee, agent or spokesperson of Raw Medicines; post your discount code to coupon, cashback, voucher or deal-aggregator sites; use your own code for your own purchases, or arrange for others to do so on your behalf ("self-referral"); send unsolicited bulk email, SMS or messaging promoting our products; promote our products alongside content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise likely to bring the brand into disrepute; or offer or imply any discount, price, refund, shipping term or product availability we have not published.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited licence to use Raw Medicines logos, images, banners and marketing assets solely to promote Raw Medicines products within the Affiliate Program. This licence expires on termination.
You must not alter our logos or artwork, and must not use them in a way that, in our reasonable opinion, portrays Raw Medicines in a negative or misleading light. We may require removal or modification of any material at any time. We may supply marketing material, but you are responsible for your own marketing activity and its legal compliance.
You may terminate your participation at any time, effective immediately, by written notice through the Affilo.io messaging system. We may terminate your participation at any time for material breach of this agreement, for a breach of section 4, or for conduct we reasonably consider harmful to our business or to any third party.
On termination you lose access to your Affiliate Dashboard. Commission already earned on Eligible Referrals at the date of termination remains payable, except where termination follows fraud, self-referral, or a breach of section 4, in which case unpaid commission is forfeited.
Raw Medicines, Affilo.io and the Affiliate are independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, employment, agency, franchise or joint venture relationship. You have no authority to act, contract or make representations on our behalf.
The Affiliate Program is provided "as is" and "as available", and your use of it is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we make no representations or warranties about the Affiliate Program or any information provided through it.
Nothing in this agreement excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the Affiliate Program is limited to the total commission paid or payable to you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You indemnify Raw Medicines against any loss, damage, liability, claim, fine, cost or expense arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program, your marketing activities, or your breach of this agreement, including any regulatory action arising from claims you have made about our products.
You must handle any personal information you obtain in connection with the Affiliate Program in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You must not collect, store or use customer data obtained through the program for any purpose other than as permitted here. Our Privacy Policy applies to information we collect about you.
We may change this agreement at any time. Changes take effect when the updated agreement is posted, and we will notify active affiliates by email of any material change to commission rates, cookie windows or payment terms. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance. If a change is unacceptable to you, your remedy is to terminate under section 7.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
This agreement, together with the commission terms shown in your Affiliate Dashboard, constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, representations and agreements.
