By signing the Million Dollar Tan Influencer Program form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Agreement
Million Dollar Tan will send affiliate a package of products in exchange for a side-by-side before and after image that is taken using the products. Ideal picture includes non-tan skin in first picture, and tan skin in after picture (holding MDT product). Before and after picture to be sent to social@millionddollartan.com and posted on the affiliates Instagram within 2 weeks of receiving products. Affiliate agrees to allow Million Dollar Tan to use these images for posts, promotions and ads, with affiliate tagged (for increased exposure to their pages as well).
Terms of Agreement
The terms and conditions of this agreement will begin when this form has been submitted through email and signed and will end when your Influencer account has been terminated. Million Dollar Tan may modify the terms at any time. If you do not agree with any modification, you may ask to have your affiliation cancelled.
Affiliation will be cancelled if this contract is broken. Affiliation can be cancelled with no warning in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or use of inappropriate content. If Million Dollar Tan affiliation is revoked, you cannot rejoin the program in the future and forfeiture of all commissions.
Influencer Payment
Affiliate earns 25% commission on all purchases made using their code on www.MillionDollarTan.com. Payment will be sent around the 15th of each month, via PayPal. Monthly commissions are tracked through Million Dollar Tan system and auto generated for easy reporting.
Inappropriate Content
Affiliation can be revoked for the following reasons:
1. False advertisements concerning Million Dollar Tan
2. Phrases that Million Dollar tan determines to be untrue or inflammatory claims of our products
3. Harassment or intimidation of others on your website and/or social media platforms
4. Content deemed to be graphic, explicit, or discriminatory by Million Dollar Tan
Promotional Codes
Allowing your Influencer code to be posted on coupon-based websites is restricted. Those websites include, but are not limited to groupon.com, retailmenot.com and coupontrade.com. Million Dollar Tan reserves the right to delete or change a promotional code with or without notice when an Influencer code is misused in this manner. Million Dollar Tan will only payout the amount that is auto generated into our system from the use of your code.
Copyright and Trademark Infringement
Million Dollar Tan reserves the rights to seek legal action against Influencers that infringe our copyrights and registered trademarks, or that replicate our product designs under a different brand.
Influencer acknowledges that they will not promote, manufacture, distribute or sell any products, which replicate the designs of products that are exclusive to Million Dollar Tan. Million Dollar Tan will legally pursue all parties associated with the manufacturing, distribution, and sale of counterfeit Million Dollar Tan products.
